Région de Tombouctou : Neuf jeunes hommes enlevés et tués par des inconnus.
Ce dimanche 19 mai 2024, aux environs de 08 h, des jeunes hommes en partance pour Tombouctou ont été enlevés par des individus armés non identifiés.
L’incident s’est déroulé sur l’axe Diré-Goundam. Les jeunes hommes avaient quitté Diré pour participer aux épreuves sportives dans le cadre du recrutement des forces armées.
Les raisons de leur enlèvement ainsi que leur destination demeurent pour l’instant floues.
Nous venons d’apprendre de sources locales que les corps sans vie des neuf garçons ont été retrouvés par les FAMa dans la localité de Koundi. Leurs corps ont été rapatriés par un convoi des forces armées maliennes à Diré vers 13 heures.
